The Dock Experts is growing, and we’re looking for experienced construction professionals who are ready to grow with us.

On Saturday, October 3, we’re hosting our first-ever Career Expo and Hiring Event at our Pompano Beach location. We’re looking to hire 15+ qualified individuals for multiple positions across our marine construction and service teams.

Positions Available

We are currently hiring for several positions, including:

Tradesmen
Senior Tradesmen
Superintendents
Service Technicians

We’re looking for hardworking, dependable professionals who have experience in construction, marine construction, carpentry, service work, or related skilled trades.

Competitive Pay & Benefits

At The Dock Experts, we believe great work deserves great compensation.

Depending on your experience and position, pay ranges from $24–$45 per hour.

Team members may also receive benefits including:

50% employer-paid medical insurance
